Chris is an experienced energy policy analyst and program director with over 15 years of expertise in clean energy policy, regulatory strategy, and emissions reduction. As Director of Policy at the Center for Resource Solutions, he leads efforts to protect voluntary energy markets and advance sound greenhouse gas accounting. Previously, he provided strategic insights on power markets at Guidehouse and advised nonprofits and governments on energy policy. A skilled communicator, Chris has spoken at major clean energy conferences and authored key industry reports. He holds a J.D. in Energy Law from Vermont Law School and an M.A. in Communications & Public Relations.
