Mark is an expert in the administrative, software, and policy dimensions of tracking systems. He was first introduced to environmental attribute markets during his time at CRS as a Verification Associate. Prior to rejoining CRS, he worked as a Program Administrator and Business Analyst at Clean Counts (M-RETS). Mark serves as a Manager for the Clean Energy Tracking Collaborative (CETC). He holds a B.A. in International Relations from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy from the Humphrey School at the University of Minnesota.
