Head of Market Development

As the Head of Market Development, Matt is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership related to sustainable energy market development and transformation within CRS’s policy team. Previous to CRS, Matt was Senior Advisor for Partnership Programs at U.S. EPA and oversaw several climate partnership programs, including The Center for Corporate Climate Leadership and The Green Power Partnership, which advanced corporate climate leadership, accelerated the adoption of clean energy supply technologies, and increased the nation’s supply of clean energy.

Matt has over twenty years of experience with persistent, effective market transformations that reduce the risk of climate change. He has worked with a broad range of businesses, organizations, and government agencies in the U.S. and internationally. He has a Masters in Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware.
