Principal, U.S. Markets

As Principal of U.S. Markets, Todd provides guidance and technical expertise to support the design and development of policies and programs at all levels that increase renewable energy development and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. He focuses on credible accounting systems, protecting voluntary demand for renewable energy and emissions reductions, and maximizing positive interactions between markets. He holds a Master’s in Environmental Science from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
