Comments on the Rulemaking Advisory Committee #1 Discussion Paper (“Discussion Paper”) for the September 24, 2020 Rulemaking Advisory Committee (RAC) Meeting #1 (“September 24 Meeting”) as a part of The Clean Fuels Program (CFP) Electricity 2021 Rulemaking.
